A Wendy design pram set to keep a baby snug: a hooded buttoned coat in a two-colour stitch pattern with contrast trim, matching leggings with a drawstring waist, and ribbon-tied bootees, all in one pattern. Traditional, practical and lovely as a new baby gift.
- To fit chest: 18 or 20 in
- Coat length from back of neck: 10 or 11¾ in, sleeve seam 5 or 6 in
- Leggings length: 15 or 17 in
- Original yarn: Peter Pan Baby Bri-Nylon Baby Quick or Peter Pan Baby Courtelle Baby Quick – coat takes 3 (4) oz main shade and 2 (3) oz contrast, leggings 3 (4) oz main shade and 1 oz contrast; for the complete set 1 oz less of main and contrast
- Needles: 2 each of UK Nos. 7 and 10 for Bri-Nylon, or 2 each of UK Nos. 8 and 11 for Courtelle
- Also needed: 5 buttons
- Tension: 5½ sts to 1 inch over stocking stitch on No. 7 needles, No. 8 Courtelle
